Dynamics Gymnastics offers many opportunities for gymnasts of all abilities to be a part of a competitive team. The Xcel Program is governed nationally by USA-Gymnastics and is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable competitive experience.  At Dynamics, we’ve created a program that provides a fun, nurturing environment for those that are interested in developing their gymnastics skills in a competitive arena and offers a strong foundation for young athletes that may eventually join a High School program.

 There are four divisions: Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum. Each level consists of skills and routines appropriate to each level. Our Xcel gymnasts train a moderate number of hours per week (5-7 hours) 2x/3x a week. Gymnasts train year-round, compete in four or five Meets.
