All enrollments can now be done online! All families will need to set up an account using the parent portal.

Registration, payment, class adjustments, etc. can still be done in person.

When enrolling mid-month, tuition is pro-rated!

 

2024-2025 School Year Schedule.

School year enrollment will begin on August 1st, 2024 and must be done using the online portal.

The 2024-2025 school year schedule will run Monday, September 5, 2024 – Saturdayday, May 31, 2025. 
Students registered for the school year session are automatically enrolled for the full school year unless we are given formal notice via email that the student is dropping from the program. Notice can be emailed to: [email protected]. **Notice must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior!

***EVERYONE needs to enroll for the school year schedule. If you are enrolled in summer classes and plan on keeping your same day and time you still need to re-enroll to claim your spot in the school year classes!!

Tuition listed on the schedule is an estimate based on a 4-week month. Tuition may be more or less depending on how many times a class will meet in a given month. 

 

2024 Summer Schedule

Summer enrollment will begin on Wednesday, May 15th, 2024 and must be done using the online portal.

The 2024 summer schedule will run Monday, June 17th - Friday August 23rd. (June month will be pro-rated).

Students registered for the summer session are automatically enrolled for the full summer unless we are given formal notice via email that the student is dropping from the program. Notice can be emailed to: [email protected] **Notice must be submitted by the 15th of the month prior!

2024 Summer Schedule  – subject to change

  • Summer tuition takes the entire summer period (# of weeks) and divides it out into 3 equal payments.

  • You will enroll online and we'll charge your account on June 1, 2024. (June tuition will be pro-rated accordingly).

  • We will automatically charge monthly tuition on the 1st of each month.

  • Start at any time this summer and we'll prorate accordingly.

2024 Gym Closures.

Dynamics Gymnastics will be closed on the dates listed below. Tuition for preschool and rec students is automatically prorated for gym closures due to holidays (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, etc.). No make-ups are needed for those days.

July 1-5, 2024 — Fourth of July Break

August 26 – September 3, 2024 — Prep for school year/Labor Day Weekend

 

Reminders.

ANNUAL MEBERSHIP FEE
All students/families will be charged an annual membership fee. This annual membership fee is $35 for family. The annual membership fee is paid at the time of enrollment and renews each year.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Tuition is due at the time of registration. Once enrolled, tuition is due by the 15th of the current month for the upcoming month (example: December tuition is due by November 15th). If payment is not made your student will be dropped from the class.

Tuition listed on the schedule is an estimate based on a 4-week month. Tuition may be more or less depending on how many times a class meets in a given month and any holidays. 

There are no refunds or credits for dropped or missed classes for any reason. Returned checks are subject to a $30 service fee.

All families are required to keep a credit card on file and enroll in recurring billing. A charge for the upcoming month’s tuition is added to accounts around the 10th of the current month and a reminder is emailed to families. Tuition for the upcoming month is due by the 15th of the current month. For example, a charge for November tuition is added to accounts around October 10th and cards on file are charged on the first business day after October 15th.
If you plan on staying enrolled and using recurring billing, you are free to ignore the reminder email. If payment is made prior to the due date either online, in person, or over the phone, then the card on file is not charged. If no payment is made prior to the due date, that is when the card on file will be charged on the following business day.

 

CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWING.

PARENTS MUST NOTIFY DYNAMICS TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS. Only a written notice via email, regular postal mail or hand delivered to our front desk will be acceptable. Notice must be given by the 15th of the month prior. This deadline is important and non-negotiable as we need time to adjust staffing and class admissions. Thank you for your understanding and adhering to our rules.

Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student’s classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the office VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification, then that student’s account will be charged for the additional 30 days. This charge will be for holding the student’s place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.

MAKEUP POLICY
One make-up per month is allowed. Make-ups must be scheduled through the parent portal using your make-up token. Make-ups will be confirmed via email. Tuition is prorated for any holidays the gym is closed and no make-ups are needed. There are no refunds, credits, or additional make-ups for snow days, acts of nature, epidemics, pandemics, or illnesses such as the flu, colds, and viruses.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds. Refunds are not given regardless of times missed. Refunds and credits are not given for missed classes, regardless of reason.
